Anglian Water - Love Every Drop

Based in the driest and lowest-lying region in the country, Anglian Water was concerned about the viability of its business in the years ahead, and decided a new approach to business, environmental and community sustainability was needed to engage employees, customers, suppliers, partners and communities with the company’s vision.

Since 2010, we’ve helped Anglian Water develop, deliver and expand its approach ‘to place water at the heart of a whole new way of living’.

But Love Every Drop it’s more than just a sustainability strategy. It’s about securing future water supplies for local people and businesses; promoting local knowledge about water use and climate change; and long-term business success, by changing the way people across a whole region think about and use water.

Our work has involved research and insight, strategic counsel on sustainable business strategy, brand identity, and developing the tone, look and feel of all communications campaigns and collateral, including the Love Every Drop manifesto (PDF | 15.24MB)

We also developed customer behaviour change campaigns such as Keep it Clear, to reduce sewer blockages across the region, and Drop 20, to reduce domestic water consumption.
