Corporate Culture was engaged to work in partnership with the Environment Agency’s senior communications team to develop a three-year marketing communications strategy and help model the organisational structure and culture to deliver that strategy.
As part of the programme, the Corporate Culture team ran a series of engagement events and interactive workshops to help shape the strategy; developed internal behaviours and principles of operation to guide the evolving culture; and also helped identify the five key customer engagement programmes to underpin the delivery of the corporate strategy.
