Home Retail Group, parent company of Argos and HOMEBASE and one of the UK’s largest employers, has set the standard in sustainable retailing.

To maintain this standard, the Group created The Basis of Good Business brand and campaign.

Celebrating achievements in sustainability, charity causes and customer experience, The Basis of Good Business asks staff to keep up the good work, through plain language and a suite of colourful, unique illustrations.

Recognising employee contribution as a vital element of engagement, Corporate Culture worked with the Group to create and launch the campaign, and later gather the thoughts of staff through thousands of suggestion boxes.

The campaign spoke to 60,000 employees across 1,000 branches, offices and depots.
