Corporate and social responsibility plays a central role at Home Retail Group, the UK’s leading home and general merchandise retailer, and parent company of Argos and Homebase.
‘The Basis of Good Business’ is the Group’s sustainable business brand. It uses plain language and colourful, characterful illustration to convey key sustainability messages, and celebrate achievements in sustainability, charitable causes and customer experience.
Corporate Culture worked with the Group to create and launch the brand. The initial, internal audience consisted of 60,000 employees across 1,000 branches, offices and depots, all of whom were invited to get engaged with the campaign via thousands of suggestion boxes.
