That’s the conclusion of ‘Engaging for Success’, a recent government report,
Microsoft did just that by releasing a series of employee story books. Each one communicated the benefits of the company’s citizenship programme, encouraging employees to get involved.
Corporate Culture supported the project with event launches, copywriting and design.
