Microsoft - Blue Books
When Microsoft UK turned 30, the company wanted to use the occasion to raise awareness of its citizenship programme and give key stakeholders a deeper insight into the beneficial role played by Microsoft in the UK and across the world.
Corporate Culture helped to create ’30 ways to get more out of life’ as a series of three story books. Each contained a selection of real-life stories demonstrating how Microsoft technology was being put to inspiring use, and showcasing the direct benefits of the company’s citizenship programme.
For employees, the goal was to engender a refreshed sense of pride that Microsoft technology was helping people to live better, fuller lives. The stories also acted as a call to action, encouraging employees to get involved with the programme themselves.
For opinion formers and policy makers, the books illustrated the role of Microsoft’s technology programmes – from promoting online safety, digital literacy and inclusion to education, job and wealth creation and innovative medical solutions.
