NHS Camden - Camden users' guide
Camden is a diverse London borough, with some of the most deprived and affluent wards in the UK.
The local NHS wanted to encourage heroin and crack cocaine users to engage with support services; reduce their risk of overdose; and get screened for blood-borne viruses.
After interviews with drug users, and testing which kinds of messages and communications would be most effective, it created the Camden users’ guide. This range of brightly coloured posters and pocket guide communicate the support services on offer and direct drug users to them.
The campaign was launched as part of National Tackling Drugs Week and involved distributing materials to over 400 organisations.
Corporate Culture supported NHS Camden with research and insight, strategy and creative communications.
