Sara Lee - It works for you

Sara Lee needed support to help embed a new internal process called PPM (Pricing and Promotional Management).

Employees were not using PPM to the degree Sara Lee had hoped, and so the company commissioned Corporate Culture to develop a communications campaign to increase participation.

The first step was to develop a PPM brand that emphasised the personal benefits of using the service. The agreed concept was ‘It works for you’. Next, we created a set of brand guidelines that could be used globally to promote the tool.

Third, we developed a pragmatic strategy for the campaign and selected the channels we would use to promote PPM. These included workshops with employees, posters and banners in offices, the employee intranet and an annual awards ceremony.

Corporate Culture also designed a range of PPM branded materials to launch the campaign. These included a poster that staff could customise with text and images to share their PPM successes.
