United Utilities delivered a range of ‘Heartbeat for Leaders’ workshops for 600 senior managers.

The aim was to put customer service excellence at the heart of everything the company does.

Corporate Culture helped with consultation and focus groups across the business to discover why customer service performance was low, and the strategy, approach and implementation of the workshops.

91% of attendees gave an overall assessment of the workshops as excellent or good.
