WRAP - Recycle Now
The UK’s Landfill Directive set a target of recycling or composting a third of all household waste by 2015.
Against this backdrop, Britain’s first national recycling campaign is proving a resounding success. Devised by the Waste & Resources
Action Programme (WRAP), ‘Recycle Now’ has resulted in 32 million people saying they are now committed recyclers.
The national ‘recycling loop’ logo and iconography is also present on millions of products, and is used by public and private sector organisations across the UK.
