Health communications
When the Department of Health set up the National Social Marketing Centre(NSMC), it pioneered a national focus on social marketing skill-building across the public sector.
We worked strategically with the NSMC to create the world’s first National Occupational Standards in social marketing – used as the basis for our Social Marketing Academy training courses.
In 2009 alone, we worked with over 50 primary care trusts and other public and private sector health clients to create tailored health social marketing projects, covering topics like tobacco, alcohol, cancer, healthy weight, teen pregnancy, sexual health, drugs, urgent care, oral health, outreach services and breastfeeding.
Our services include actionable research, the development of communications strategies and creative solutions, and the delivery of toolkits and tailored capacity-building courses.
