Our 10th October Roundtable focuses on organisational culture, with a keynote from Kirstin Furber, People Director at BBC Worldwide, titled 'How to develop a culture for growth'.
Kirstin joined BBC Worldwide in 2010 as Head of Human Resources, having previously held senior HR roles at 20th Century Fox and Discovery Networks Europe. She was promoted to People Director in 2013 and is also a member of the Worldwide Executive Committee.
Kirstin is responsible for leading and developing BBC Worldwide’s People Strategy to support the organisation’s growth through developing leaders, along with attracting, nurturing, and retaining the best talent. She also works closely with Worldwide’s CEO to build a cohesive, global culture that empowers employees across 14 countries to deliver better business results.
This Roundtable event, to be held in central London, aims to bring together a small number of people who would welcome an open discussion on organisational culture, an opportunity to network with peers, and a chance to share their own insights and experiences. The session starts with early evening refreshments from 5pm, for a prompt start at 5:30 until 7:30pm.
Please contact Elaine Smith Elaine.Smith@corporateculture.co.uk by Friday 29th September if you would like to register your interest.
