Kathryn is a highly experienced communications professional. She specialises in internal communications and employee engagement, and has worked extensively in the private sector with O2, British Gas and BT.
Her experience includes organisational change, employee relations, internal branding, strategic comms planning and stakeholder engagement.
During her career, Kathryn has led on some large-scale employee projects, from business change initiatives to strategy development – including planning for the pre-launch of the O2 Arena opening for 17,000 employees and guests.
