We've always been in touch with the trends affecting our customers. We were among the pioneers of a structured approach to CSR, and we've worked with businesses like Sky and British Land to help them create CSR strategies.

Today we believe CSR is becoming a market-facing force, reflecting the fact that the main responsibility of business is to create products and services that people value.

We see a future where businesses define themselves by the difference they make to people's lives... boards will articulate the beliefs that influence their actions... employees work for their companies as causes to be believed in... and marketing success will involve tapping into customers' values and lifestyles. In addition, new models will evolve that will involve collaborating to address massive social issues, like climate change, age and poverty.
