We were brought in to work with Clancy Docwra’s executive team to create a compelling narrative around the business’s strategy and five-year delivery plan. We then brought this narrative to life through the creation of a distinctive new visual style to drive employee understanding and engagement with both priority deliverables and the longer-term goals of the business.

As part of this work, we helped create a clearer alignment between Clancy Docwra’s vision, mission and strategic goals, and brought a more personalised, down-to-earth style to the tone and look of communications to reflect more closely the ‘family’ values that underpin the business.

We then supported the business in the launch and roll-out of an intensive employee engagement programme that took more than 20 separate events across its UK-wide operations, providing presentation materials, film and animations, and briefing and take home materials.
