Ricoh understands the importance of attracting and retaining a diverse range of high-calibre candidates. As such, it asked for our help to develop a compelling EVP (Employee Value Proposition) that brings to life the unique and distinctive employee experience of working for the business.

The EVP was built on insight into what employees value about working at Ricoh, including business direction and strategy, and the resulting ask on employees. It also reflects the brand, culture, and values of the organisation.

A strong EVP helps Ricoh to engage employees in its strategic direction, and influence them to adopt the behaviours that will help it drive future success. It also provides a core ‘thread’ through which to communicate and share programmes, initiatives and business progress, in a way that’s relevant to employees’ day-to-day lives, and is informed by employee priorities and motivations.
