Millennials, myths and why it matters.

The Millennials, or Generation Y are arguably the most discussed, analysed and misunderstood generation yet. The past few years have witnessed a spate of studies into the impact of the Millennial generation on the workplace, with conflicting conclusions.

Sandra Palmer will be leading this session sharing insights, practical processes and examples on why it matters, and what Millennials mean for organisational culture, communication and engagement.

Sandra has been a Director with Corporate Culture for 10 years leading projects that create deeper engagement with employees, stakeholders and customers for companies such as AstraZeneca, ASDA, Ricoh, Sainsbury’s Bank and Warburtons, as well as 20 years in-house experience leading communications, engagement and marketing teams for FTSE 100 companies and government funded organisations.

Joining Sandra, will be Ben Buckby who heads up our Behavioural Science projects. Ben has worked in various strategic and leadership roles in marketing, advertising and social/market research with clients spanning public, private and third sectors in the UK, Europe and Middle East, including RBS, Toyota Financial Services, Diageo, Shop Direct, ITV, DVLA and Transport for London, amongst many others.

The Discovery Session, which is free of charge, will be held in central London from 8.30 to 10.30am on Wednesday, 16th May.

Tea/coffee will be available from 8.30am, with a prompt start at 9am.

It promises to be an invaluable session for all those senior professionals looking at how to engage and communicate to deliver the competitive edge.

If you would like to attend, let Elaine know by close of play on Friday, 4th May, 2018.
