Andrew Hewitt

Managing Director

Andrew has 30 years’ experience of devising and delivering major change programmes across the private and public sectors. He uses that knowledge to help shape clients’ more complex engagement programmes, for example developing brand propositions for Diabetes UK, FCC Environment and WRAP, and employee engagement strategies for ASDA and Unilever. Before joining Corporate Culture, Andrew held senior marketing and communication roles with North West Water and United Utilities, where his work won multiple national awards.

Chairman

John is passionate about working creatively with organisations to shape solutions to complex and challenging issues around sustainable business and behaviour change. He’s worked strategically with organisations like ASDA, Anglian Water, BT, Unilever, EDF Energy, O2 and RBS to help each develop sustainable strategies that inspire and unite employees behind the organisation’s vision and purpose. John has also authored a series of cutting-edge behaviour change reports that help business harness behaviour techniques to drive transformational change.

Tim is often to be found sketching a diagram or process that helps companies and organisations bring their strategy to life. He started out as a graphic designer, and this grounding in simplification, interpretation and visualisation has underpinned everything he has done since. With more than 25 years’ experience delivering creative campaigns and corporate and strategic communications, Tim is enthusiastic about the role that imaginative programmes can play for businesses and organisations undergoing transformation.

Rae is responsible for the delivery and management of client projects from start to finish, providing a key contact for day-to-day client communications, and the internal process management within Corporate Culture. She has developed a passion for working on behaviour change campaign strategy, and managing full implementation for a variety of clients across both the public and private sector, including AstraZeneca, WRAP and Ricoh.

Senior Client Manager

Nakita is responsible for taking clients’ projects from conception to delivery, acting as a key contact for client queries and communication at all stages of the project lifecycle. She has worked extensively with a number of our clients, managing the delivery of employee engagement and behaviour change campaigns for the likes of Compass Group, Sainsbury’s Bank, SEGRO and Water UK. Nakita also has extensive experience of managing digital marketing, e-commerce and web projects.

A recent Graphic Design graduate from the University of Bolton, Andrew is now applying his design skills on a range of creative work for Corporate Culture clients including Compass Group, Dyslexia Scotland and WRAP.

Paul has an enviable 25-year track record at the cutting edge of design and web development for a wide range of clients including Vimto, Kraft Foods, Cadbury’s, the NHS and the BBC. He’s been designing and building websites since the early days of the web, and has a flair for HTML email campaigning and front-end development, with a deep understanding of what makes for a great user interface and web experience.

Helen is our longest serving colleague, having been with Corporate Culture since 1991, and she plays an essential role in the day-to-day functioning of the business. As well as managing all of our accounts – including work in progress, budgets, expenditure, overheads and expenses – Helen works in close partnership with our team of Client Managers to ensure the timely invoicing of client work, which keeps the engine of the business running smoothly.
