Report One: Motivating MillionsOur Motivating Millions report, which quantifies – for the first time – the priorities, motivations, strategies and challenges of organisations acting to achieve sustainable change.

With more than 300 participants from across the public, private and third sectors (both UK-based and international), this ground-breaking research answers the big questions around sustainable behaviour change.

The report delves into what people actually mean by sustainable behaviour change; what behaviours organisations are trying to change, and how; and whose responsibility is it to encourage people to act sustainably.

Some of the key findings of the Motivating Millions report include:

  • There is massive support for the importance of sustainable behaviour change, and its value in helping organisations achieve future success.
  • It is also seen as much more of an opportunity than a risk.
  • Around half of respondents are already delivering behaviour change programmes, and another quarter are in the planning stages.
  • There is a clear gap in knowledge, understanding and buy-in to sustainable behaviour change among senior executives.
