About Jon Millidge
Jon has both domestic and international responsibilities and works closely with Royal Mail Group Board, Chairman and Chief Executive on a wide range of strategic issues including people strategy, employee well-being, health and safety, industrial relations, culture change and employee engagement.
He joined Royal Mail in 1985 as a graduate and has worked across a number of the businesses within the Group, gaining a wide range of experience in multiple areas and disciplines. He was appointed Group HR Director in 2014, acts as Trustee for the Royal Mail Pension Scheme and is on the Board of the Business Disability Forum.
Jon was awarded an MBE for ‘Services to business and public service’ in the Queen’s Birthday Honours of 2016.
The aim is to bring together a small number of people who would welcome an open discussion about the subject based on their insight and knowledge. An early evening bite to eat and refreshments will be provided from 5pm for a prompt start at 5.30pm. Jon will then share his views and experience before opening up the discussion so we can share our thoughts.
